Have you ever wanted to see Abrams Falls but not fight the traffic of Cades Cove? Here is the hike that will bring you to one of the parks most visited sites without the vehicle and hiker congestion. After two miles ascending Pine Mtn, you will arrive at Scott Gap and Hannah Mtn. trail. A 13' circum. Tuliptree waits for you around rock formations. Hannah Mtn Trail drops sharply at the end through pines and hemlocks to ford Abrams Creek. About 1.7 miles down the trail is the 20 ft. waterfall. This is a great place for lunch and relaxation. There are some narrow points along the way but this is a nice walk; great hike in the spring for wildflowers.
